Email Issues

We have solved the 'SendMail' issue with our Client Desk and have updated every single client with an open project ticket - active and pending ones. Everyone should be recieving update notifications in their email this evening and we don't expect to have any further problems.
What happened? It was a CPanel software update (CPanel is software that runs on our servers) that screwed a little bit with the 'SendMail' settings.
We're all fixed up now and back in business! Apologies for any inconvienece this may have caused - - but it's onward and upward from here on out.... thanks for your patience and understanding!

Many apologies to our clients - both new and old. We are currently experiencing email problems with our Client Desk and are working to get them resolved as soon as possible.
When you submit a new order through our Order Form - you should get a notification email that contains a link to your project ticket within our Client Desk. At some point in the past week, this function stopped working and new orders are not getting the notification email as they should be.
Current clients should be recieving update notification emails whenever our staff updates your current ticket with new information - this also stopped working sometime within the last week, or so.
We are working feverishly this evening to resolve this problem. Once we do - we will update all client project tickets, new and old, so that you all know what is going on.
In the meantime - hang in there... have some egg nog and Christmas cookies! We'll have it all back up and running soon!
